1. Introduction

Nexios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game Blockrow (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play Blockrow.

Blockrow is a free puzzle game supported by advertisements. We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information to play.

By using Blockrow, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect very limited information. Blockrow does not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal identifiers.

2.1 Information Collected Automatically (via AdMob)

The only third-party SDK integrated in Blockrow is Google AdMob, which serves banner and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect:

• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / GAID) – a resettable, anonymous identifier used for ad personalization and measurement.
• IP Address – used to determine general location for relevant ad delivery.
• Device Information – operating system version, device model, screen size, and app version.
• Ad Interaction Data – whether an ad was viewed, clicked, or dismissed.

This data is collected and processed by Google AdMob according to Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive any personally identifiable information from AdMob.

2.2 Information Stored Locally

Blockrow stores the following data only on your device using local storage (Hive database):

• Game progress (unlocked levels, star ratings)
• Daily challenge completion status
• Sound and haptic preference settings
• Supporter status (earned by watching an ad, never purchased)
• Devil Tier trial tokens

None of this data is transmitted to us or to any server.

2.3 Information You Provide Directly

Blockrow does not offer user accounts, registration, chat, or any feature where you would voluntarily provide personal information. We do not collect any data you type or upload.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information collected solely for the following purposes:

• To serve advertisements – AdMob uses the Advertising ID and IP address to deliver relevant ads and measure ad performance.
• To operate the game – Local data (progress, settings) ensures your game state is saved between sessions.
• To improve the App – We may use aggregated, anonymized data to understand usage patterns, but we do not use analytics tools or track individual users.

We do not use your information for:

• Creating user profiles
• Email marketing or newsletters
• Selling or renting your data to third parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

5. Data Retention & Security

Local Data: Game progress and preferences remain on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the app data. We have no ability to access or delete this data — it is entirely under your control.

AdMob Data: Data collected by Google AdMob is retained per Google’s data retention policy.

Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Since we do not store any personal data on our servers, the primary risk surface is limited to the AdMob SDK’s communications, which are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS.

6. Your Rights (GDPR — EEA Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request deletion of your data.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grant you the following rights:

• Right to Know: Request details about the personal information we have collected, used, shared, or sold about you in the past 12 months.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. However, the sharing of the Advertising ID with AdMob for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA. You can opt out by disabling ad personalization in your device settings.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser or device transmits a GPC signal, we will honor it as a valid opt-out request.

Notice at Collection: We collect the categories of personal information listed in Section 2 (Advertising ID, IP address, device info) for the business purpose of serving advertisements.

8. Children’s Privacy

Blockrow is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at the email in Section 9.

COPPA Compliance: We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because we do not knowingly collect data from children, no parental consent mechanism is required.

Families Policy Note: Blockrow does not use child-directed ad settings, and the game is not submitted under Google Play’s Families Program. We recommend parental supervision for children under 13.

9. International Data Transfers

Google AdMob may process your data on servers located in various countries around the world, including the United States. When data is transferred from the EEA to countries that the European Commission has not deemed adequate, Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as the legal mechanism for such transfers.

By using Blockrow, you consent to the transfer of your information to Google’s servers in accordance with this policy and Google’s privacy practices.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or through the App Store/Play Store listing before they take effect. Your continued use of Blockrow after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
